  • Yes! I am currently in network with Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. I am waiting to be credentialed with United Healthcare/Optum. Self-pay is also an option in the meantime. I partner with Headway for insurance billing. Prospective clients can verify benefits at this link.

As a note for individuals wishing to use their insurance benefits, it is important to know that some insurance companies may limit the number of sessions and/or the type of therapy that can be offered to an individual. In addition, therapists are required to provide the insurance company with a mental health diagnosis, which will become a part of your permanent health care record.

We will verify your benefits prior to the first appointment so that you can make an informed decision about what works best for your needs at this time.

  • I offer a free 15-minute consultation before booking the first appointment. In the consultation, we will discuss your goals and expectations for counseling and my approaches to counseling, as well as my fees and insurance options. If we decide we are a good fit after the consultation, we will schedule our first appointment together.
